If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any requests made after 30 days will not be honored. Please ensure that you first contact us by email (supports@sdoyglou.com).

Return and Exchange Conditions:

  1. Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
  2. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
  3. All items must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
  4. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.


Non-returnable Items:

  1. On-sale items or gift cards are non-refundable.
  2. Damage/loss caused by customers is non-refundable.


General Return Process:

  1. Initiate a return: Please email us at supports@sdoyglou.com with photos and/or videos of the items, and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility of your return request within 3 business days.
  2. Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we'll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you use a shipping method providing tracking information and require a signature because we will not be responsible for lost returns/exchanges.
  3. Refund or exchange: When we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item within 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge:

  1. If the return is due to our problems (such as incorrect products or quality issues), we will provide a full refund for you including the return freight cost.
  2. If the return is due to buyer's reasons (such as not liking/wanting the item or ordering wrong product/size), the buyer should pay for the return freight cost.
  3. No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for returning a product.


Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 3 working days. If you haven't received the refund within 3 working days, please check your bank account again and then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you've completed all these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at supports@sdoyglou.com.


Order Cancellations:

We can cancel your order if you contact us in time after making a purchase. If payment has been processed but the parcel hasn't been shipped out yet, you can cancel your order before delivery and we will provide a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled once the parcel has been shipped out. Please be aware that cancellations will result in a $20 restocking fee.
