Our limited product warranty assures customers, the original purchasers, that our products are free from manufacturing defects (workmanship and/or material). Upon receiving the product, customers must thoroughly inspect it before use and report any manufacturing defects within seven days. If a defect is found during normal use within the covered warranty period, customers should notify Sdoyglou about its nature along with proof of purchase. Customers must also provide photographs of the defect (at their own expense) for Sdoyglou to assess its extent and determine an efficient resolution.
If replacement is required under this warranty and the defective material or product has been discontinued or is unavailable, Sdoyglou reserves the right to select and provide similar merchandise of equal value, offer a full credit for the merchandise, or supply the same material or product for replacement purposes.
WARRANTY IS VOID FOR ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Normal wear and tear (fading of fabrics/upholstery material is considered normal wear and tear).
- Improper maintenance or improper use of product.
- Any product modifications by dealer, consumer, or other 3rd parties
- Minor variations or differences between website images and product received.
- For non-residential purposes (i.e., industrial, commercial, institutional, or rental purposes).
- Damage incurred during transportation. (If shipping damage is discovered, you must contact supports@sdoyglou.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product or this warranty will be void).
- Damage incurred during assembling or maintenance.
- Damage incurred by acts of God, accidents, or abuse.
The warranty is made SOLELY FOR THE INITIAL PURCHASER of the product and is NON-TRANSFERABLE under any circumstances. It is the purchaser's responsibility to contact Sdoyglou for a warranty claim. We advise all purchasers to retain invoices for a minimum of one year for warranty purposes. This warranty supersedes and replaces all implied warranties of merchantability and use for a particular purpose. No representative, employee, or agent of Sdoyglou or any other person is authorized to assume any additional liability or responsibility on behalf of Sdoyglou in connection with Sdoyglou products except as described above. In no event shall Sdoyglou be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind.

This is Awesome. It was exactly what I was looking for.
After the long thought process of which cap; Order process easy. Waiting difficult but it can in about a month earlier than expected 😬 Due to our remote location and the tractor trailer delivery, we met the guy at a local fuel station. Thank goodness we also have an F250 diesel with an 8 foot bed To bring it home! Driver told us they should have sent a regular delivery truck. But he was awesome too. Lesson for our next big project 😛 Hubby and I put it all together in one day then used some farm sense to get it on the bed. It looks just as imaged and we are currently rolling to the beach! Every where I go in my small town, I get looks! Even my dealership was interested in it. Love that you received so many keys and the locks open to one key. It is just the amount of weight to make the gladiator ride better too! I’m in love 🥰 I only wish I had committed sooner.
It was a bit of a wait to receive my Smart Cap, but I expected this and Sdoyglou was great about answering my questions when I call for updates every now and then. The cap itself is better than I expected. It is sturdy and very well made, definitely worth the wait and should stand up to the test of time.
Other than the delay in getting delivery everything else has been amazing, the Cap is very well built I highly recommend.
