I really like the topper. The quality seems to be as good as the “Smart Topper”. At half the price.

I was a bit nervous on the shipping. That part is a bit of a mess. Some smaller freight companies do not communicate well.

Assembly wasn’t too bad. However the bolts and nuts for the rail get the black polyurethane all over. That might be the messiest substance known to man. And why don’t they send a normal calk tube? I had to buy a separate tube because I couldn’t find a gun that takes that type of tube.

I love the Elite Truck Cap and glad I chose it. I was able to get it out of the box myself and laid all the parts out. WATCH THE VIDEO. My brother came over and the 2 of us assembled it with no problems. Make sure you preorder a "sausage caulk gun" as the caulk is in a plastic tube (like frozen hamburger) and will not work with normal caulk gun. It worked great and I was able to do the caulking by myself. It only took 3 people to get it on the truck and a few minutes to latch it down. you need a 10 and 14mm to screw the bolts and worked great. I am so glad I got this one. Yes it took 8 weeks to arrive, but worth the wait. I love the black finish on it. It will only let me attach 5 pictures. I love the metal of the topper as I have now started getting magnetic lights that can move around as needed and hooks to insert and hang were needed. My camera on my phone is not the best, but hope these help others to choose this product.

We received the cap and got it installed in under an hour. The quality of the materials is top notch and the look is very professional. Makes our truck look much better.

Overall, the cap is great. Build time was a bit longer than expected as there are no instructions, other than the video. Its a bit shorter on the Cab side than I thought, so the gap is a bit larger than expected. The utility of the cap is great with the side opening and the windows. I recommend the product!

I am very happy with how this topper came out! It arrived via a local freight company in a 26 foot tractor trailer with liftgate. My garage is in the alley and the driver unloaded the crate where I wanted. The camper shell was packed perfectly in a heavy duty box with a wooden crate around it. All hardware was included. I bought a tube of black silicone to waterproof the seams after they are taped off. The build quality is very strong and there is a metal lip that goes below the bed rails and can side bulkhead. I didn’t know that this topper had the lip which makes it fit perfectly in the bed which prevents the topper from sliding side to side or in the event of a sudden stop prevents the topper from moving forward. All the windows are solid. I bought the sport model which is similar to the Smartcap. I highly recommend this topper!

Rough start as shipping took longer than expected making me very nervous but after it finally arrived I couldn't be happier. Easy assembly and the quality exceeded my expectations big time. I absolutely love this and for less than half the price of other brands. Highly recommend and expect 8 to 12 weeks for shipping but is fully fully worth it. You wont regret.

Delivery was about 11 weeks. Arrived up damaged except for one brokern small part. Customer service not not argue and sent out the part. Assembly was easy, , however there were many nuts and bolts but no directions on where the difference sizes go. It does fit very tight and had to bend a couple of sheet metal pieces to get it to fit down tight. Installed with 3 men. Appears to be strong and stout.

I am very impressed with the quality of this truck cap. It takes a while to get it after ordering, but it was here within a month. It was fairly easy to put together following the very helpful videos. The cap is well made and solid. the only trouble I had was putting the sealant on without making a mess, but that was just me and not having the correct glue gun to put the tube of sealant in. Once on the truck, I have had zero issues. No leaks, no problems, Doors work great and it fits good on the truck. I can even open and close the tailgate without opening the truck cap door. Very happy with the purchase and it was $1000 less than the base price for a fiberglass Leer or ARE.

I purchased the cap for a road trip from Texas to Yellowstone and all parks between.. I received the cap on the sixth week of the order so I was happy about that.
The delivery truck showed up 4 hrs after his call with a truck with an electric drop down lift so unloading was not a problem. I opened the pallet of a vertical large box and found a few scratches of components rubbing on each other but no other damage from shipment. I took my time constructing the cap by myself. I was able to put it together on the foam pieces used for shipping which worked out well. The first day I put the entire cap together and taped off and caulked the front and back and the next day taped off the sides and caulked. I bought a stick of Unistrut and bolted it to the top runners and chain falled it up about waist high and installed the rubber seal between the cap and truck. My wife and I raised the cap on up and backed my truck under the cap. The six bolts for the hold downs are better than clamps. I had fabricated a frame that I installed and carpeted for all our dry gear gym bags, camera and misc at cap window height. And cooler, shoes and chairs went underneath. I also built a rod for all our hanging clothes in the back and mounted off the existing bolts.
I also would say if the cap doesn’t fit or leaks it would be your fault. My cap fit like a glove. Sdoyglou sent me a measurement sheet and guide so it is built off your measurements. I am trying to give as much info as possible because I was very reluctant to make this purchase. But very happy I did. So three weeks and 4500 miles later we completed our trip. The only complaint is my wife kept letting go of the side windows and letting them slam shut. But all in all I was super happy with the cap with not a leak one any where in the cap. I would recommend this to anyone. If you don’t have a chain fall have several men to install on the truck.

Before purchasing the cap for my F150, I did a lot of research and finally chose the Sport Truck Cap; I have no complaints and haven't encountered any leakage problems (make sure to tighten each bolt to the specification). There are some great installation videos on the Sdoyglou website. I myself easily assembled the cap, but when you are ready to install the cap onto the truck, you need some help. I'm very glad that I bought it.

They delivered the goods on time. I was very impress with this camper top, It was easy to assemble and has more head room than the regulator camper tops. I drove to the Arctic Ocean this month and encounter all types of weather, had hard rain, strong winds and cold temperatures and the camper was great, no leaks, no problem with the winds and stay warm on the inside. Mounted my roof top tent on it and it handle beautiful. The only con I have, is that it doesn't come with a dome light and an inside handle for the rear door. Also my rear door seal was cut 1/2inch to short, so I had to improvise and cut and installed a piece of rubber to keep the rain out. Great camper top.

We have our own BBQ, Pool and Spa business. Needless to say, tons of equipment to haul around. We got a DECKED system to give us more room for spare parts and tools. Still needed more height for hoses, wet vacs, etc. This thing came quickly. When they say 4 people, they mean football guys or some kind of lift that you can use a strap with to get it positioned over the truck bed for installation. It's crazy heavy. But now that it's on, it's a game changer. We now have to install the 2 side bins we bought for quick access to chemicals. Would recommend!!

I really like it , it’s going to be super handy come hunting season . I look forward to customizing it as I go with all the different options available .

It's very easy to place an order. The goods were delivered within five weeks, without exceeding the agreed time. It's extremely well made and looks great after installation. Our son (this was a gift for him) originally thought it would take three or four people to lift it onto the car after assembly, but in the end, he made a lifting/pulley device by himself and managed it. It's wonderful!

Advantages: This canopy looks great and is easy to assemble. The material feels of high quality and seems durable. The shipping was fast and they fulfilled their delivery time promise.Disadvantages: The canopy was somewhat damaged due to packaging issues. There is a dent on the roof panel. The three corners of the roof panel are bent. There was a 1/2-inch full-threaded rod in one of the side door boxes, which caused paint damage. The lock is a bit tight and I hope it will loosen over time. The wiring harness for the third brake light was not shipped with the canopy. I had to call/email Sdogylou to have them send it over.

Im really happy with this purchase, and it didn't hurt my wallet, i like not having to tarp and strap everything.

Excellent quality and perfect fit! Fabrication may take a little longer than expected however, the quality will exceed all expectations. Not too difficult to assemble and looks great once it’s installed. Had a little bit of a scratch on one of the panels in delivery. The company was very willing to work with me to rectify the situation. Very reputable and highly recommend for anyone who wants to take their truck to the next level with a quality truck cap.
